Welcome to Bitropy! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our sovereign AI infrastructure platform and services. Before you get started, please take a moment to read through our Terms and Conditions outlined below.
By using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using Bitropy.
1.1. You must be at least 18 years old to use Bitropy and create an account.
1.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password) and ensuring their proper use. Any activity on your account is your responsibility.
1.3. You agree not to use Bitropy for any illegal or unauthorized purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
2.1. Bitropy provides a sovereign AI infrastructure platform with on-premises deployment capabilities for regulated industries, enabling compliant AI implementation while maintaining full data sovereignty.
2.2. You understand that your use of Bitropy may be subject to limitations based on your service agreement, such as deployment configurations, compute resources, or other usage constraints.
2.3. You agree not to interfere with the proper functioning of Bitropy or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our platform.
2.4. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Bitropy services with reasonable notice to our clients.
3.1. We respect your privacy and handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
3.2. By using Bitropy, you grant us the right to collect and process data related to your usage of the platform in accordance with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR and other relevant privacy laws.
3.3. We may use aggregated and anonymized data for statistical and analytical purposes to improve our services.
4.1. All content and materials provided on Bitropy, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, and trademarks, are the property of Bitropy or its licensors.
4.2. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of Bitropy without our explicit written consent.
5.1. Bitropy services require payment based on your enterprise agreement. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen deployment plan.
5.2. Payment terms and refund policies are defined in your service agreement with Bitropy.
5.3. We reserve the right to modify our service fees, but any changes will be communicated to you in advance in accordance with your service agreement.
6.1. Bitropy services are provided in accordance with your service level agreement. While we strive for excellence, services are provided “as is” without implied warranties beyond those explicitly stated in your agreement.
6.2. We do not warrant that Bitropy will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted at all times, though we maintain industry-standard uptime commitments.
7.1. Liability limitations are defined in your service agreement with Bitropy. In no event shall Bitropy or its affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages beyond the scope defined in your agreement.
8.1. You may terminate your service agreement in accordance with the terms specified in your contract.
8.2. Bitropy reserves the right to terminate or suspend services for any material violation of these Terms and Conditions or your service agreement.
9.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland and the European Union, with particular attention to GDPR and EU AI Act compliance requirements.
